The positive stride has been taken to provide free online coaching by the state government and coaching institute, Allen Career. It will enable around 27370 students of 770 government schools in Rajasthan. This scheme will help the students to prepare for engineering entrance exam and medical entrance exam via smart virtual classrooms.
The smart virtual classroom is just like a real classroom environment, having two way communications with teacher. Under this project white board has been put in every classroom at government school. In nodal virtual classrooms, the teachers will be writing through their digital pens on the board. This virtual classroom will be present in the government district institute of education and training (DIET) centers. So, whatever content will be written by the master will appear on the board of smart virtual classroom at schools in real time. Hence, students get the feel of real world classroom.
The education and research network (ERNET) has installed these virtual classrooms under their vision. This is an autonomous scientific society of union ministry of communications and information technology.
The coaching institute is providing the faculty for this coaching program at the DIET centre in Kota. The nodal virtual classrooms and other government schools are linked to telecast the lectures.
The MoU signed between the Allen career institute and Rastriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan (RMSA) of Rajasthan government, has enabled the reach of high quality education to the students.
The Allen Career Institute director Naveen Maheshwari said, providing the virtual classroom teaching to the students will help them to crack various engineering and medical exams.
